The service was very good, including a large and nice hot breakfast with cheeses, soft boiled eggs, fruit.

The location just off the river is perfect, and the smart employees were really helpful. The hotel is beautifully kept, and both the restaurant and front desk are fantastic. Monschau and the surrounding Eifel National Park are great to explore. If you fancy tea or coffee, the Weekend Espressobar nearby is a must-visit.

Everything was nice, including efficient stuff in assisting our needs. The room was nicely decorated with spacious shower and great views plus a bath, just what was needed. It was a wonderful old hotel, no reason to complain, recommend...

Location: the hotel was right by the center of town and the centre of Monschau, on the bank of the river and the restaurant as well as the front desk. There was café Weekend Espressobar, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property. Good service, relaxing views of the village from my standard double room.

This hotel is in the center of the picturesque town, right on the main street. The location couldn't be more perfect, surrounded by the charm of the town. The rooms have character and some even offer great views, like the one we had with a window overlooking the river. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from.

Spent New Year at this hotel and enjoyed the amazing breakfast that offered charcuterie, breads, coffee, juice, cheese. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to different nearby stores and attractions. The place was pretty clean and inviting.

The room was pretty small, with one of the twin beds uncomfortable, creaking and does not fit next to the wall. The room was noisy, given the nearby disco and background due to the river.

The room was great-sized and immaculate with VERY comfortable beds and amazing view. The breakfast selection was large with soft boiled eggs and cheeses. The best thing was how super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating the staff were throughout our stay.
